Hi! I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with specialized training in child-centered play therapy and parent support.

Through play therapy, I help children express big feelings, work through difficult experiences, and build confidence in a way that feels natural to them. I also support parents in better understanding what may be happening beneath their child’s behavior so they can respond with greater confidence, connection, and compassion.

My approach is warm, playful, and relationship-focused. I want parents to feel supported rather than judged, and I want children to have a space where they feel safe being fully themselves.

Whether I’m supporting a child in the playroom, encouraging a parent, or sharing information through a workshop or resource, my goal remains the same: supporting children, empowering parents, and strengthening families.

Clinical therapy services are provided through The Bay Counseling Group.

Beyond the playroom

I enjoy creating educational resources and leading workshops that make children’s emotions, behavior, and development easier to understand. I believe helpful information should feel practical, encouraging, and realistic enough to use in everyday family life.

Outside of work

I am a wife, mom, and person of faith. I love spending time with family, capturing memories, cooking and baking, and gathering around good food with the people I love. Becoming a mother has deepened my appreciation for both the joy and the responsibility that come with raising a child.
